Pay Comes on time but its too less as they make you work 10 plus hours a day and for that much of time you will get 10800rs/month to be very accurate, also do not expect hike or appreciation over your performance. If your performance is top notch still you are on the same level as of the least performed person of your team.

The team leads were good. Helped us always when we had problem.

Very low salary. No fixed working hours. Sometimes needed to work more than 10 to 12 hours. The messages, work culture, meetings were not formal.

Few people are supportive but they have little say in the management

...a proper organisational structure many problems remain unresolved and unnoticed. The pay here is also very low and resources are expected to go beyond their KRA and perform duties. It is highly unsuitable for people who want a career growth.
