Layoffs have been done now no security of job and very low package they hired unnecessary people and lot of politics and good people are layoff. The people who are working since long time they are kept and good hardworking people are getting layoffed.

Contentstack is an excellent workplace. the product is performing exceptionally well in the market and it is well funded. The recent addition of a new General Manager has brought a refreshing perspective, revamping engineering practises and introducing innovative ideas. The shift has positively impacted the company culture, fostering a sense of accountability at all levels. There are frequent organizing of fun events and parties within the office adds to the overall positive atmosphere.

Dislikes

People manager should be given proper training to nurture people to next level and also learn to give constructive feedbacks.

Everything, working with this company is incredible. I'm learning tons from the new people hired last year especially the GM as well the team managers. I have been motivated to take on work and have a different approach. Constructive criticism from K.Vasudeva has made me want to the job better and I' have come to appreciate the work I do. i love the startup environment thats been created , an overall joyful workplace. our new leaders clearly want to strive towards making us hardworking employees and I see this as a long term benefit for my skills and development.
