They squeeze you out and treat you like workers..forget your personal life after getting this job…they can call you at anytime irrespective of day or night..no breaks not even lunch break. Very rude managers…how much ever you deliver they’re never satisfied. Most importantly you don’t even get experience letter after leaving the company and they block you everywhere….it has happened with 50-60% of the employees.

Diverse Team members and great skill set of peers. Timely salary (But with multiple deductions, you will never receive full in hand salary) Good Clients but a pathetic internal management Good Roles to work on but a quantity over quality mindset of Contactx Leaders (focusing less on closure and more on useless delivery to client leading to escalation and humiliation of recruiter) WFH (wont be able to spare time for even lunch) Micromanagement Paranoid behavior of Leaders/Management.

Regular Humiliation Higher than thou attitude of management Setting high targets to sweat and bleed the recruiter(need based) Multiple deductions in salary No training provided, no skill improvement, no scope of error (Things are said/taught in an aggressive manner) Lack of professionalism Salary given is lower than market standard. Employees leave this job on regular basis, no ones stay for long period. Shocked to see a few 5 start rating, fake stars given.

Fixed salary provided by the company every month.👈👈 Its being 5 month of working here learned so many things including time management, handling bulk of requirements at one time, continue working with full of concentration even if it is our health issue or personal reasons we will learn to see things are secondary and work only primary 👏 . I can proudly say that I have learnt to handle lot of work pressure 👏

...icy other benefits, only 10%of incentives if you have three closures in a month. They credited the salary in a unofficial way we don't have any proof for getting the salary from this company because they don't have salary slip to issue every month. Frankly saying you will be tracking virtually starting from the day to end. Your each and every single activity track. Literally you will be sitting in front of the computer whole day. Lot of work pressure you need to handle in a single day. Lot of requirements will be given in a day. Thay consider only quantity of profile not qualify. The management people will not consider your personal issues health issues they will bother only profiles submission and the profits you will make out of which.🤐 Sadly I am not satisfied with the work culture here. And the people who are already being working here is well experienced persons as fresher or entry level cannot survive here. Lot of work pressure.

Service Managers are typically responsible for managing service level agreements with customers and external service providers.  Maintain workflow of service department, managing and motivating service staff.  Technical ability, people skills, leadership skills, empathy, a positive attitude, a willingness to serve to technician.

Only profile is good. Working for Big4. But the work culture is pathetic. Management fluctuations. No fix rules n regulations, keeps on changing.. No appreciation but quick escalations for any mistakes. No job security. N notice period is 3 months.. No documents on time.. etc..

Dislikes

No training,no career growth, work life not balance, no appraisal on time.
