Salary issues are the major thing that consyst needs to work on. You get the opportunity to grow your career but growth is not only the thing, for survival you need money.

Rural location with poor road conditions. it is the only negative aspect of this firm that I can mention.

-Great place for exploring latest technologies, exposure into multiple areas including IIoT, Cyber security and so on. - Superb infrastructure and facilities.

Dislikes

Have to involve on multiple projects at the same time which is great, but sometimes tiring.

Likes

The pre-sales team model is very well organised, which ensured timely technical support from the estimation team to front-end sales engineers. The project mix includes the latest IIoT Projects and Control systems jobs, which helped me to learn and work with the latest technologies. Saturday and Sunday are off days.
