Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

This is a big fraud consultantancy, they keep salary of employees and the make fool to consumer , i visited in consumer chanakya they are sitting in basement , don't have any legal team not giving any response to consumer after taking fees.

*Worst work culture. *They do double pay on taking leaves during festivals. *Attrition rate is very high. *Always do intentionally delay on giving salaries. *FNF is totally depends on the mood of a boss and takes 100+ days in settlement. * And many more things to write.

They only doing scam with employee and consumer. Don't have any legal team , they just make fool to the people, and whoever is writing good reviews they also their people, if you doing job in consumer chanakya just quit from there otherwise they will destroy your Carrier

There is no job security so many restrictions on employee no healthy work environment employees are labour for the owner of this company they fired any time there are so many unnecessary deduction in this company if you are be against to the owner then they fire u without any reason and there is my zen type thing he installed in every PC and they montier everyone his means is that u need to 8 hours contastantly on you PC if you achieve your target or not please don't apply in this company you are just salves for the owner
