Bad and Toxic Management, Discrimination . Salary hike are bad. No career growth, it is like a trap without any learning. No appreciation for the work from the management. Absolutely no training or induction or even proper on-boarding formalities for new joinees. In these modern days, you dont get basic refreshments like tea or coffee in office unlike any other organization. Health insurance does not cover dependent parents.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
