...ing any liability as Owner/ Senior/Director but making trouble for subordinates. Salary deduction. No increament from last 3 years. No bonus. Not giving compansation for the cost if any employee bearing on behalf of company. Always make planto reduce staff and saving the cost of salary by firing them anytime even in 6 months without notice period.

A company which believe to Exploit Echonimically to Employees. Saving money by cutting of workers Salary,Increaments and depriveing them from basic facilities , occomodations, and fundamental rights. Achiving their goals by Abuseing them and fire them and reducing cost/expenditures.
