There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

Not making decision as Owner instead blaming on employees for everything. They Always make sure to not taking any liability as Owner/ Senior/Director but making trouble for subordinates. Salary deduction. No increament from last 3 years. No bonus. Not giving compansation for the cost if any employee bearing on behalf of company. Always make planto reduce staff and saving the cost of salary by firing them anytime even in 6 months without notice period....Read More

A company which believe to Exploit Echonimically to Employees. Saving money by cutting of workers Salary,Increaments and depriveing them from basic facilities , occomodations, and fundamental rights. Achiving their goals by Abuseing them and fire them and reducing cost/expenditures.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
