Working culture is decent....but there is no growth for hard working people...as managers only focuses to their close ones.. The close onees are in Other language doing nothing only polishing and passing fake information.hard working people are not getting any kind of appraisal.

Friday weekly off Air in desert is polluted with gas No pure water in camp We have to boy mineral water for use No cable connection in room No telephone connection 45% Allowance for Arabic people only Medical expenses had to be claimed

Very good Management and suporting staf. Salary always on time good overtime. Vacation or final exit time good sattelment. Good food and excellent Camp.
