Don't ever join consolidated analytics if u have a secure low salary job stick to that job, don't join this company just to get salary hike, they will hire u and fire u after 3-4 months without any reason, without any prior notice. management team leads all people are worst. Before quitting your current job think twice or thrice to join this company because there was hell a lot of politics within the company right from higher end till lower end management. There were two useless idiots in IT helpdesk one is General Manager Ilamurugu and other one is Assistant Manager Yamini dont know how to manage the team employees keep on playing filthy political game and fishy attitude overall both are shity shameless creatures unfit to live in the world

I attended CONSOLIDATED ANALYTICS INTERVIEW during august end 2023. I was told that i had got shortlisted and within 2 days my joining formalities will be initiated. I didn't receive any e-mail or call from them regarding my onboarding process. I was keep on calling and following up assistant HR to whom i was reporting for 1 month. But i didn't receive proper response from her and at one point she stopped attending my call. I called from another number and asked her to confirm if i really got selected or not as i was receiving offers from other company. It would be great even if they told me that i was kept "on hold" and they were continuously saying that i got selected and have to wait for some time. I lost my patience went to office after 1 and half month. I informed everything to the company's front office person. He got my resume and told me he will inform the team. I was traveling 2 hours from my office and asked for contact number. He never gave any of their contact number. Its been 3 months i still didn't receive any information from them. THIS IS THE WORSTTTT INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. They gave me false hope because of this company's offer i rejected other companies offer. Very bad way of responding. They should have atleast told that This is completely false hope that any company can do to the employee. If any of you attend this company's interview and if they say that you got selected kindly don't believe blindly untill thay provide offer letter. Worst interview experience i ever had in life.

My overall experience is 4 out of 5. You can get free food at office for all the shifts. Also cab, shift allowances, medical insurance and employee engagements have been provided. Note : This is a startup company.

You have to be under a control of particular gang. They will decide whether to provide work to you or not. They will not let people to learn. TL say i will make you to learn. But they will not do anything
