I wanted to change my domain to data engineering. I gained all skills and I was mapped to data engineering project where I gained more knowledge and hands-on experience. Seniors and management were also supportive.

Salary Hike is less here.

One fine day when you feel relaxed with this job, they will tell you that we are downsizing the team and will give you a month termination letter. Reason is we do not have projects for you!! So please beware if you are not hired as a senior manager or not put up in a billed project immediately, do not I repeat "DO NOT" accept the offer letter. Job security is 1/10.

Don't join this company as they don't have any projects and they fires their employees once every 3 months. This is the condition of Technical team I am talking about. They don't have any projects. You'll be on bench for most of the time and they'll fire you after 2-3 months after joining.
