...o not care about customer, they open their account without telling them charges. If you do not complete your sales target they will not let you go home, salary is on hold if you take leave of one day they will cancel your week off, they said there hospital is there you have to come to office even if you are serious.. they offered salary 19k but not going to give that much , insurance amount you have to pay from your salary, these things were not tell by them in interview, they told us you will be on bank pay roll in few years but public working since 3-4 years, thane

I like the most to making new friend in our process we make a lots of memory when I come in Q connect i have a very very good trainer like Abdul sir but after some time I have make lots of fun and participate in activities and also I have good team leader and managar

I am not satisfied with my salary it's very low amount and also some time when its some reason when my toss is not completed then our team leader make force to our employee to take extra call because of some training and quality breaks

...o each and every senior by meeting them personally all they do is fake promises. If company is so bad at managing a basic thing for employees thats salary. What more can we expect? Also we were told there will be no deduction in terms of insurance policy, even then that is been deducted. Salary is not paid on time & amount is also different. Worst company ever worked for. Senior says little portion of our salary comes from govt side. Is company already in loss? Is conneqt subsidized by govt? Who knows ? In my review never work for such a company and abscond. Atleast 10 people in this company abscond on every monthly basis.

...ixed for 9 hours no extra 1 minute which is actually good in this kind of field. Whoever who is joining on fresher must join the company and pay is also good enough higher then industry

Management is shit no one will take responsibility for their employees... Boys are fixed for night work only no rotational for boys rotational shift is only for girls

Speaking about job security, you'll get warning letter everyday. Although friendly culture but all you need is to be an dork and work like one.

...fter that the company stated that you've to come by your own transport everyday. Speaking about that they added travel by railway(without ticket) and if getting caught by TC , pay that fine and still come to office. Worst experince! Secondly it conducts domestic firms so you should be ready to listen bad and abusive words/slangs and many more.
