No proper salary, even they tell employees to do overtime without payment.. They for executive to work for extra 3-4hr still they didn't paid. DH amount also they don't pay.. Just simple words worst place to work

...ility . Teammates and leaders are very supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary

The company has very good but only the problem is that it doesn't have fixed shift and fixed weekoff . other then this , its the best company

...gaming arcade for chilling. Company well and good absolutely fair with policies. they give good salary hike and bonus every year. In this pandemics situation company have provided work from home to control the covid19, also very good facilities to make distance from each other. I love to work in this company. I am glad to working here.

I am sorry but there is nothing like that to describe there dislikes, because I am genuinely experienced with good ecosystems with this company. However thank you very much for letting me to describe there good and bad things.

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high-quality products and has a global client base. Hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleague s come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Connect provides a very healthy environment. The Managers, TL'S and clients also shared a healthy rapport with the employees.

Dislikes

I was never Happy with the uppraisal. The employees are given very low salary.
