...gh salaries are received on time there are always discrepancies in the salaries. They anyways offer low salaries but with that they also don't provide what was promised. They will change your office location on the 1st day of work. Everyone is just pointing fingers at each other, no one tries to take any accountability.

...ID-19 condition by giving Benching letter and removing us from the organisation. Reduced Salary, No increment, Reduce PMI outcome. We were working from home with own electricity and own Wi-FI connection and company did not make any payment on this and give a surprise by removing us from organisation.

Employees are working to achieve the goal on Company and company removing employees in Critical conditions wherein there are no jobs in Market in COVID-19 period.

It is a great organisation to start your career as you will get lot of opportunities to improve your skills and also great support staff.

I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. His actions have made it difficult to maintain a positive working environment, and I find his mentality and decisions to be concerning. (mrinal sadhu)

The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.
