Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. Also they didn't gave my stipend and makes me fool like we will adjust in salary payroll next month next month and next month.

...o not care about customer, they open their account without telling them charges. If you do not complete your sales target they will not let you go home, salary is on hold if you take leave of one day they will cancel your week off, they said there hospital is there you have to come to office even if you are serious.. they offered salary 19k but not going to give that much , insurance amount you have to pay from your salary, these things were not tell by them in interview, they told us you will be on bank pay roll in few years but public working since 3-4 years, thane

Company hr policy is not followed. No incentive and no holiday pays. Insecurity in job. Full of politics in management

...ey, party. Manager Santosh salve, chittaranjan k, k. Sashi in non voice process. No leave, no holiday pays, no bonuses, fresh agent get higher package than old agent. Work on illness. Will not give reliving letter , FNF settlement.

The work culture is something that I like The most. It depends department to department but in my process, if you wanna learn some skills this Company helps you with that.

Where Do I start, Salary !. Its Bad. If You are in Operations. Its really bad. Tbh i've got very good appraisal but my salary was so low that even after getting it, it was not enough. And to get that much of appraisal. You got to have Good relation with your client and for that You have to work like you dont have any family. I've worked for Entire month averaging 10hr without getting any off time. The more things you learn. They will assign you more work.

I like the most to making new friend in our process we make a lots of memory when I come in Q connect i have a very very good trainer like Abdul sir but after some time I have make lots of fun and participate in activities and also I have good team leader and managar

I am not satisfied with my salary it's very low amount and also some time when its some reason when my toss is not completed then our team leader make force to our employee to take extra call because of some training and quality breaks
