I was not happy with anything, I honestly did not like anything about this place.

Dislikes

They make you work overtime everyday. Not given proper training and handover. Less salary. No leaves were given. No work appreciation.

The role is very good to develop inter personal skills in a very short period of time .Team mates are supportive. One can able to handle multiple tasks and become an expertise in stakeholder management.

Dislikes

... downsized based on last in first out if the crisis comes like COVID pandemic. Salary Increments are pathetic. There are no benefits like transportation. HRBP need to retain the employees and it is one of his / her KRA but for HR itself having no job security and career growth then here comes the challenge to retain the employees.

Dislikes

... the work we have done. It was very low package they offered to our job profile. Work pressure is tremendous compare to salary and not getting enough support because of less manpower. There is no appreciation on our work which we have done every months or years. Bell curve method is a very old method which dissatisfied employees in every appraisals. They should change the appraisal method.

The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.
