Nice I like QConnect any I started my first job is QConnect and also good nature of all seniors but just salary is divided into so any parts this is the reason I lived QConnect job also salary is very less and incentive so many criteria

Company is good. All are friendly.

We're are facing salary issues They told us at joining time, Everyone eligible Privelage leaves after completing mini 6 month. But, I am not getting any PL after completing 6 months,they mark as LOP's.

Nothing to like except that your specified salary is credited to your account every month

Dislikes

The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

Company hr policy is not followed. No incentive and no holiday pays. Insecurity in job. Full of politics in management

...ey, party. Manager Santosh salve, chittaranjan k, k. Sashi in non voice process. No leave, no holiday pays, no bonuses, fresh agent get higher package than old agent. Work on illness. Will not give reliving letter , FNF settlement.

The work culture is something that I like The most. It depends department to department but in my process, if you wanna learn some skills this Company helps you with that.

Where Do I start, Salary !. Its Bad. If You are in Operations. Its really bad. Tbh i've got very good appraisal but my salary was so low that even after getting it, it was not enough. And to get that much of appraisal. You got to have Good relation with your client and for that You have to work like you dont have any family. I've worked for Entire month averaging 10hr without getting any off time. The more things you learn. They will assign you more work.
