No appraisal, no hike, company don't consider performance but focus only on how to reduce cost by removing agents with higher or premium package. Growth opportunities are nil. Paymaster is below average. No tissues in rest room. If you just need salary to meet your commitments or some job near to your home without expecting any growth or hike, you can continue working in conneqt

I am really proud to working as customer care executive in banking voice process ( INDIAN BANK-DOMESTIC VOICE PROCESS ). My trainer, team leader, manager, they are treat friendly with colleagues. I ready to leave this company due to some reasons, but i am not ready due to them love. I need my team leader support each and every minute. That's all.

It is not safe for female employees, the salary is descent.

there is no job security, no appraisal, no one can learn or grow here. and obviously politics is major issue. The shift time is weird, no work-life balance.

I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. His actions have made it difficult to maintain a positive working environment, and I find his mentality and decisions to be concerning. (mrinal sadhu)

The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.
