Where I was work in that place no growth , management is not good if you know high management people's then only you will became a next stage or else always your in same stage

Terrible organisation no bonus, no salary hike no promotions full of office politics and partiality their policies change for their favorite people whether it is to clear dues or give experience letter if any person is their favorite they will agree his demands and change policy and the management think other employees as feeling less robots my friend got absconded and received his experience letter without clearing dues or let say he didn't have any due. And when we request for experience letter they send us list to clear dues pathetic staff and pathetic management

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.
