Very bad management(they don't know how to run a company, what they want to achieve), they were giving tasks without any goal/result/outcome/benefits.

To my surprise, my team lead approved the leave promptly, and I also sent an email to inform my senior manager about the approved absence. Little did I know that this would lead to an unfortunate incident that reflects the toxic work culture at CODIIS Upon reaching home, I received an email from my senior manager, accusing me of lacking respect for my work and insinuating that I left the company without informing her. The reason behind this unwarranted accusation? I failed to meet my senior manager in person to notify her about my leave. This incident epitomizes the unhealthy ego-driven environment at CODIIS, where fulfilling unnecessary formalities takes precedence over recognizing dedicated and hardworking employees. It's disheartening to see that, despite obtaining approval from my immediate supervisor, a lack of face-to-face communication became the basis for such a harsh judgment. The incident not only left me feeling demoralized but also raised serious concerns about the company's values and priorities. Hate everything about this company. A company which only working in watsapp, that also for wishing b'days and giving empty salary promises. Company has not paid for 9 months. Mangement thinks that they can run the company with the support of few people. Specifically Ms.Poojitha Uthappa leader health care. She is supporting the management as management is paying her. She is non-productive and non-professional. Management now paying only to their favorites. Mangement, with the help of Ms.Poojitha ruining other employees career
