The company i joined enthusiastic, when i am enter act to the team leader and manager behavior , work culture is not good not one listen to working purpose , team work is not good , team leader is not supporting same times, attendance issue is there , IT person is not active, another minus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, I also like the employee re-here police here
