First of all the working atmosphere is too pathetic specially for sales team, moreover reporting manager doesn't know how to talk, Everytime using abusive language while breifing or discussing, no career growth in the company. Person spent almost 5 years and still doing same work...

Compansation is decent , and growth is good , The work pressure is very high ,manager provide proper guidelines to employees, and organization also provide on the job training to the employees as well as to the interns students , The working environment is friendly
