My biggest dislike is a b**tch named Chandini. The fattest as**hole I have ever met. I hope she doesn't get married at least one guy gets saved from her. She thinks she runs the company but she is far from realizing that she is a f*cking wh*re for this company. I hope god takes her back to him ASAP. I hope she will fasten it up as that b*tch only eats a bunch of Maggie and junk. I hope that fat b*stard would have a major cardiac arrest. My everyday prayers I'm always adding this. Appraisal percentage and process is not aligned properly. Team leads are selected without any screening process. No performance track data.

I really appreciate all of the opportunities this job has given me to grow and develop my skills. Since starting as a Direct Support Professional I have been able to move up in the company with the right support. The joining process was very Good and the HR team was so friendly and Support with All Employees My direct manager was extremely supportive and helpful in all areas where I struggled. I was able to communicate in a timely manner with my direct manager and other staff.
