Everything, no professional work culture, managers are sadak chaap, no qualifications to be manager, high work pressure, no jib security, they have hire and fire policy, so if the work is less they can fire you anytime without any notice

Appraisal was not up to my expectations as I worked hard and I also gave training to almost 21 engineers and created document which was used to train new engineers still I was not promoted to engineer 2. I was promoted after 2 years of working.

Constant team changes, so no matter how much effort you are putting, your rating won't go above meets expectations, due to continuous change of managers. Rating depends on qc score and qc score is highly subjective We did not get increment this year
