Worst company for any career growth, no salary hike no promotion and no job security and skills development and worst low skills leads to handle the process or project and worst culture, this is what I experienced here if any one want to start they carrier and no trust on my words go join and experience it.

Good working environment. Fixed work process (procedures) Easy to understand the process. 80% - 100% utilization everyday.

Dislikes

Air conditioning at office is too cold sometimes. Lesser information regarding the processes.

Good work environment and culture. There is a good work life balance. It is good for freshers to start there career on basis of salary

Dislikes

Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.career growth is slow. there will 3 months notice period which you need serve for sure after your probation period

Nothing.... Company was good in the beginning..but management showing their true colours now..

Worst cad supervisor... He dont know how to talk. Basic common sense he lacks.. he will get kicked if he shows same attitude outside the office... Psycho path This one guy spoiled entire company environment.. Poor HR team they don't take any actions even after several complaints put over him .... Country manager backing supervisor.... He is also very cunning guy .... It is very easy to run this business... Due to their inability lack of common sense ruining the company

I don't like any thing here because it is like a school culture and policies also useless and no good hike will give if you work more for company and there is no growth. Waste of time and knowledge to be work here.

I don't like management and they is no equality and also no food and transportation for employees and shift allowances also very less.
