... there was no point mentioned I need to serve with this organization for 1 year. Moreover that manager was also rude and he was saying I can't pay you your 1 month salary and can't accept your resignation mail and don't serve notice period also and he asked is 2 weeks sufficient. I said you have mentioned 2 weeks as notice period so I said that yes 2 weeks time is good sufficient time to serve as notice period. Today again I have contacted HR and he is not lifting my call. They even asked my original SSC to submit with them. Let me know if a person says but it was not written what shall we do. This is how conflux is playing with job seekers. It was terrible experience with them. They don't even know how to communicate well. That manager is like a stubborn stone not even understanding other persons opinions.

No support... No training.. people are not supportive.. they hire and make you feel like it's not the right place to work.. management should bring in change on training and knowledge transfer.

The only thing to like is if you take responsibilty. Everything comes upon you.

The management is immature.There is no professional sense.The organization is just running as a mom and pop shop without any proper vision.
