I have worked with them for a month and I have got an better opportunity with another firm and I have mentioned the same to my HR and the manager. But manager said that I need to stick with this organization for a year or so, which was not mentioned in the offer letter but I can see it was mentioned as 2 weeks to serve notice period. But I have explained them clearly that there was no point mentioned I need to serve with this organization for 1 year. Moreover that manager was also rude and he was saying I can't pay you your 1 month salary and can't accept your resignation mail and don't serve notice period also and he asked is 2 weeks sufficient. I said you have mentioned 2 weeks as notice period so I said that yes 2 weeks time is good sufficient time to serve as notice period. Today again I have contacted HR and he is not lifting my call. They even asked my original SSC to submit with them. Let me know if a person says but it was not written what shall we do. This is how conflux is playing with job seekers.
