Company rewards and compensates very well, the management is very kind enough to share ESOPs even with the entry level employees (even when they are paying market rate salaries) with one objective of building wealth for everyone involved. Gives surprise Bonuses now and then to keep motivated especially when company milestones are reached with all employees. Leave policy is also very encouraging, the management understands that each individual has personal commitments (towards own family) and honours them. Work hours are a bit flexible and the management gives importance to work-life balance, on weekends generally not expected to work unless there are critical things or an emergency. Management celebrates every milestone, team outings and tours are common. Management spends well to keep employees motivated. Lunch is taken care of and pantry is filled with minimum basic snacks (can recommend what to bring). They don't micromanage any employee, enough freedom is given to figure out things and every employee is very approachable and kind to help. Company is growing at a very fast pace.
