Nothing to like about this Company.

...mily functions. Management can changes work, bonus, discipline policies anytime. Employees need either to beg or resign to increase salary.

If they like your work you will be praised by everyone but no appraisals, no bonus, no incentives, no hikes.

The work culture is so bad, many people speak bad words very normally and only minimal people have manners.

...is available readily and rate over the production.full unit is under my control.It's quality,quantity,machine Maintainance, man force management and salary distribution.

One month delay in payment..rough work independent

I do not think that any sensible person would go for this company until and unless he is jobless from couple of month. There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

...ire year, but they will give you LWP a lot, just because you were 1 second late. They will give you salary on 10th of the month only, and that too if you manager approves your salary. If he is sick or unhappy, you will loose your salary and there is nothing you can do about it.

There is lot of dislikes in this company.it will be shame on companies act to consider this as company also .it is worst than the shopkeeper even shopkeeper treat it employee ok bt here there are bediyas and lombdis who only con the good people.
