...w relation with various Government Department Officer due to Liasioning work. Still company Deduct near about 50% salary under Covid reason. No Growth. No PF & Other Facility.

Dislikes

Management not asking down line team member about any activity. They only given target & asking about result. Not given time for preparation. Account Department not Clear Claim. Every month call & remember about outstanding claim payment.

...fe Wrost Decision was to join cpil,there is very toxic environment in a company. senior and manager is very attitude type person every senior is talking with The Gali, i have joined cpil with salary of 35000PM but after i received my first salary they give only 30,000/- I Talked With Hr And senior they said you will receive bal 5k after 1-2 month, they are only making fool to good employee.they have not tell me a reason for why they hold my salary for 2-3 Months Pls dont join cpil there are many other co with good environment

I do not think that any sensible person would go for this company until and unless he is jobless from couple of month. There is nothing to like.

...ire year, but they will give you LWP a lot, just because you were 1 second late. They will give you salary on 10th of the month only, and that too if you manager approves your salary. If he is sick or unhappy, you will loose your salary and there is nothing you can do about it.

If they like your work you will be praised by everyone but no appraisals, no bonus, no incentives, no hikes.

The work culture is so bad, many people speak bad words very normally and only minimal people have manners.

There is lot of dislikes in this company.it will be shame on companies act to consider this as company also .it is worst than the shopkeeper even shopkeeper treat it employee ok bt here there are bediyas and lombdis who only con the good people.
