In starting they behave very well and appriciate but don't have opportunity to learn and grow.

The most important thing for a developer like me who come from the outer state who have to pay all the bills and expenses which requires money, but confianza never pay salary on time and even i served the notice period and they didn't pay my final settlement amaount so i would suggest you to not join the company, due to this issue me and my senior had to leave the job.

...you're their own. but after 2 to 3 months they will show you their natural face. I have worked there 3 months and I had to resign because they never pay your salary on time. and after resigning even they don't send my salary.

Jb maine resign kiya to sanjay sinha bole aapka salary jaldi hi bhej diya jaega waise company ka policy hai salary 60 din ke under bhugtan karne ka mai wait kiya 60 days but jaise hi 60 days complete Hua Sanjay and surbhi ne number block kar diya aur koi response nahi de rahe. agar aapko bhi inka offer aata hai to please don't join and waste you time for these people who even don't pay salary of their employee. agar aur jayda inke bare me janna hai to aap mujhe call kr sakte hai. but i would request you to not join confianzadigitalmedia pvt ltd. these are fake people.

You might make a lot of money for you by using people as free resources but karma always gets back at those who ruin others time . At Least care about other persons age and stage before playing with their careers. 1.) They won't pay salaries for months and make any lie possible to make you keep working for free. 2.) Even when you get frustrated and leave,they have no intention of paying the salaries at all. It has been almost half a year and they dont reply to my E-mails for pending salaries. 3.) High promises are made at the start but everything is a lie, they also lie about ex employees and will tell how bad they were but in reality they all probably left because these guys dont pay salaries to anyone. 4.) Only one employee they have who is wasting his time being there he probably has some family relationship with owner of company which is why he is stuck there.
