Appraisal will not happen at all Hectic work load and you end up doing same things repeatedly Managers/TL will not know how to handle the situations rather end up making mess.

The worst and major drawback of conduent is there is no salary hikes, no other allowance. CTC is showing good but take home salary is too worst. I don’t understand where it gone.

Work culture and company standard is good.. but no hike, no promotion from last 3 year.. if it given also very less. Terrible Management, doesn't care about employee's... if you're dying also u should complete given task.. that kind of maturity Management has...

Except company atmosphere, can say all dislikes only.. employee satisfaction is last concern..

...management are very supportive. Big Cafeteria and medical facilities for 24hrs. Apprasisal is fair but salary is good. company provides bonus every year.

Every company has some issue. So it's ok.without any challenges you can not learn.
