Even though the salary is low work culture is good and I could learn many things by participating and conducting few activities.

No holidays for Indian festivals or US festivals :( No extra wages for working on festivals

Nothing is here which I can say i like more about the company.No apraisal...always salary deduction as per error on files.And if you do more error weather you are new or old in process RCB bonus will be not paid out ..Management deduct every extra money from your salary...And they always seek for work on time with accuracy ..but no salary satisfaction amd no growth...Pathetic company evwr seen.🙏

Main thing in job is to get promotion/salary Increament which i have not reciebed, so nothing which i like abt.

No salary increakent since 2019, its been almost 4.6 years with company and i havent got a single Rupee increament in conduent, dont know if people who are working from long have recieved it but i haven't.

Conduent is the company which is very close to my heart. This was my third company and I have never scene such a great work life balance ever in any of other company. I left the job due to some medical issues but if I got any opportunity in future to work with Conduent then I would love to do it. Thank you so much Conduent for everything.

No dislikes for Conduent. Only a little improvement required in compensation and benefits which really needs improvement. Else all is well here.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is very less and work pressure is very high....
