Error in crediting salary. Missing, carelessness, ongoing negligence in calculation of allowance, 70% of time got incorrect amount and dues pending. Took a lot of time for follow ups. To make matters worse, even the last working day resignation date was provided with wrong YEAR. All these inefficiencies only applies to HR INDIA.

Salary Bechmark is pretty low. Struggling business hence shaky management Resources Overload. Some positions have more than requred people, some have no availability.

We have a good work culture and environment. Team is very good and too supportive. For Chilling and enjoying is's a nice place. Company policies are good but not good in appraisal and also not giving good hike every year.

Salary is good but not giving good hike for Employees.

Work life balance is ok for me. If required we get Work from home option ,that was helpful to me.

There is no salary increament for all staff even if the company has profit. With out any benefit people resigning day by day.And average work ambiance in office struggling to get seat .

You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

No appraisals. Company is not employee friendly. Salary structure is not tax saving. Benefit policies are also not so useful.
