Never expect salary hike. Never expect anything. Anytime manager will abuse you like and HR never ever ask even if you give a police complaint.HR is too few to manage anything 1:2000 employee in a city

Better to not join, they can ask to fire the employee who is having good salary, never care for employees benefits. Conduent is now a company who think by cutting the cost, benefit can be earn but never think of business growth.

Dislikes

Senior management is very mean, lies about policy do not gives the hike despite of error free deliveries, they want employees should do everything despite of his role responsibilities, a lot of infra related issues and there is no timeline for any project is pathetic, people from not technical background are at senior level who don't know what is SDLC.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

...oduction calls in the early hours of morning and sometimes in the night as well. Most important and sad part of my experience in the company is salary hikes not happening at least once in a year.

Its a good company for a fresher. Very supportive co-wokers. Freedom to work and no micro management. Based on your performance you will have good opportunities.

Unsatisfactory compensation. More of Support work than development(still it help you grow).

Work life balance is ok for me. If required we get Work from home option ,that was helpful to me.

Dislikes

There is no salary increament for all staff even if the company has profit. With out any benefit people resigning day by day.And average work ambiance in office struggling to get seat .
