Salary, promotion/ Appraisals discussed at the time of joining were not given after spending more than 3 years in company. Receiving the same salary and being on the same position which I were before 3 years.

Good company for the freshers to learn interpersonal skills. No pressure at all and cosy working environment. Better company for those who are looking for comfort. Management of the company are supportive and no rigid policies for employees. HR team is also good and always ready to help their employees. Cafeteria of the company is quite spacious including variety of food options. Transport is free for one sided.

Less Salary and career growth is slow.
