...g no matter what time of year you join so its always fair for every employee. Very transparent process of appraisal and bonus. I worked from him during my entire time here it was a good and engaging experience for me.

NOTHING as such to like, Owner of the company does not have professionalism, everything he takes personally. Never complete his promises for employees. As long as job security is a concern he can share fake feedback from his clients for the employee anytime and when employee asks to confirm with client then never agree to do that. He also tries to threaten employees to spoil their career if someone oppose on anything which does not look good for the employee.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth are terrible. The work pressure is very high. Mostly, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals and present fake feedbacks.

Likes

Positive vibes. No toxicity. Work-life balance. Gifts, Trips and parties. Leave balance is directly credited to the salery. Smart seniors to work with.

Dislikes

It's only for Salesforce guys. They will even give you training if you want to learn Salesforce. If your not interested in Salesforce you will face a lot of challenges in order to survive. Time entries is painful

I have worked in 2 other companies in past, so I can understand the likes/dislikes in a relative way. Company really treats all the employees like a family. Our concerns/feedbacks are heard and worked upon on priority. This is the most required in covid times. All decisions are taken through surveys. Trust/integrity are the things they speak about always, stand by it and expect from others too. The work/projects are on latest techs and learning/salary growth is at good pace. Trainings are good here and when I joined here, i noticed the juniors know more than me. :(

Dislikes

I didn't get much chance to go to office, but as the team is growing, space should be bigger after covid.

Likes

Challenging work, peers/leads are easy going. Liked the leave policies, full gross encashments and compo offs.

Dislikes

Need to add more managers/structure, the current structure is mostly flat, which works well, but might be tricky to scale.
