My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

HR department is very caring and helpful.

Dislikes

East sales team is full of dirty politics. RSM level does dirty politics on an employee who is really performer in the industry and joined in that company. No good person can continue even after 1/2 month, they are hampered, humiliated,hackled by somebody and start again searching job to leave. East team management is worthless.Recommending not to join in East team. RSM is not like a sales person and he does not want that any good person and performer do join and he himself become exposed in front of management.
