Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). ...fs in Cochin (In month end and month starting days it may got up to 16-18 Hrs) . Salary- Low while Compared with other dealerships. Managers- Like dictators, treat employees as slavees Leaves-Company allows Sick/Casual/Earned Leaves, But Managers not approve any of these , if anybody takes without prior approval they were transferred to long distance locations.... I wasted My Golden 5+ Years there...... :-( remember One thing " We don't live to work we work to live".
