Dear all don't go for this company you will get salary but mr vithal ballarvad is there , he is worst person and always doubt person .. u have to wait 1 hour to 2 hour to take a single signature .. very hectic company.. patience is very important. He will never give respect to his juniors.. he will use foult languages.. very hectic person

Here is Hindu & Muslim politics are there.. Regarding appraisal also .. Job security is very bad.. You were not able talk boldly against contractors because they have link with Civil GM in HO.. For sincere employees this company is not right fit.. One who is having reference & who is holding bucket can do service here for long years.. Company policies are good but here GM monopoly runs here.. Thats why he is misusing his powers here.

Horrible work culture. No ethical values. Fake promises from the HR. She offer lesser package than your previous and promises on false incentive structure. No Employee values.

1. Skill development- absolutely ridiculous GM is like head Mason, hope you got the answer what you can develop there😂. 2.work life balance-GM is sadist enough to spoil your holiday mood and your weekend plans. 3. Career growth & Opportunity- Your designation don't even change after years of your contributions to company because your GM thinks that only he works there. 4. Work satisfaction- No comments. Ask any QS who previously worked in concorde. 5. Job security- He will say I don't want you before your prohibition period. He won't give you prohibition completed certificate also. Under the GM more than 100- QS engineers have left the job, in fact he tortured to leave the job. No skill development no benifits no increment. If you are ready to work like a slave and say yes to whatever shit GM will say 🤪. Then you can work there with no salary hike😂 like a labour.

Un professional Management, they don't have proper work ethics, working under GM is like working under head mason. Worst fellow.

No ,its was my good experience with Concorde and MD and other senior management was very friendly with me like a family
