They have good benefits like Dental and Vision Insurance in addition to Medical Insurance, Child Care policy, Annual Bonus which is not part of CTC

Poor Leadership in India/Chennai. Upper hand to long term employees. Not updated with technologies. Service based company mindset

You have abundant learning and development related motivation and resources available as the company itself provides access to premium level of leading learning platforms. Not just work and learning is focussed on... Rather a complete environment where get-togethers, events like sports and festivals gets attention too. None the less a lot other benefits are being shared.
