...ue to some employee not leaving their desk on time. No HR policy, no mediclaim, If you don't eat in canteen then also they will deduct 1200 INR from salary, which is not fair. No software at work place, every thing is manual. In today's time if you are still doing manual work then need to upgrade yourself.

...rganization even after doing too much mails. They even didn't respond the mails. They deduct the salary during the Covid pandemic during alternative day off. First they deduct the Privilege leaves of the employees and after completion of Privilege leaves they deducted the salary.

Freedom of work. very good company to learn .

Dislikes

Biggest is Salary, growth opportunities, pethetic increment and support of hr, no staff bus facility, no proper break fast or tea. Specially in night shift 1st shift.

1) There is no work pressure to complete the task on same day. 2) There is only general and 2nd shift. 3) Company is far away from the ahmedabad so there is less pollution compare to others. 4) Everytime we can get fresh air. 5) Top management is also supportive. 6) It is an USFDA approved plant. 7) There is too much self learning scope available if you take responsibilities. 8) Canteen facility is also available. 9) During critical regulatory audit MD and Chairman also be with us and if required they also ans to an auditor.

... in general shift. 3) Executive and above it is mandatory to deduct canteen Rs. Every month like whether if you eat or not you money will be deducted from you salary. This should improve this. 4) If you an emergency to go home, there is no connectivity of local transportation nor company will provide vehicle. Incase they provide they ask for rent. 5) Everything is a manual. 6) Everything is fabulous except HR Policy.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

No any gaming arcade for chillng available. Salary hike is low. Employee banifits is also nothing aspact only leave policy.
