... you cannot pay bond amount 🙂. - Work load is very high for some engineers . - In salary hikes only Base24 related role get good hike, Others are just waiting to complete the bond🥲 and if you are in bond they will not even consider your appraisal emails.

Though there are hierarchy in organization But management still interfering in every small decisions Top Management is not ethically working or binded to there own commitment No strong leadership creation Growth is limited as very Unrealistic employement agreement of 5 years which unlimately end up with 6 to 7 years as clauses are very ambiguous.

working employees are good. They don't have too much work.

Dislikes

They have 5 yrs of bond and if you complete bond then also they don't give you related. They don't know how to behave with girls. They told they give release and force employee to give resignation and if his ready and if they know that employee got a job then they terminate employee.
