Micromanagement at its peak.managers and trainers target employees and make them unsecure as well as unhappy to work.so much torture even if we responds to messages in 5 minutes.they want us to see it immediately.some trainers target employees in initial days of training in first month and remind us that one month is completed as if one year is completed for them.pointing out mistakes only regularly.compare each and every person with others who are more quick and faster in a team.even if we do the target in training they expect us to do more than that if a single person does more than the target then we are considered as low performers.micromanagement is severe so that we are unable to move and get suffocated in a crucial situation.feed a lot of applications with diffrent passwords for each app,training materials and videos in intial month of training making it confusing and completely blank.training system is a failure.

People still continue to work from home even after multiple back to office calls.

Work culture, its always work People even work on weekends There is no software development release process If all goes well things are on track but if you see a derailment wrt current timelines there is no support and people start playing the blame game.

Except excellent work-life balance, this company has nothing to offer. They're laying off people left, right and center but the news does not come out

It sucks to work here. Culture is toxic and pathetic. HR has no interest in people and not even qualified to handle people’s queries. Leaders are busy and not available for discussion. Everyone is flying with their own agneda.

Good work life balance. Good work culture as long as one knows how to maintain time.

Agile development no there so far but we are working, should be good later down the line in next 5-6 months. This year, bad appraisals. Very unhappy with it.
