There is a lot of politics and no job training no appreciation Big No for growth within organization and people who doesn't do there job gets appreciation and high salaries

Likes

Following hierarchy level for each expenses of the organization is what I liked most. Office timing is good which is good people staying nearby organization.

Dislikes

No career growth here. On job training is not given to new joinees which becomes difficult for him/her to understand the business of organization.
