...about their profit rather than employees can survive or die they doesn't bother. During Covid_19 Lockdown company didn't consider to provide full salary & expenses to employee, showing some unethical reason. It's a worst class of company. Company doesn't have any good policies.

No any training, no job security, no salary on time. Most worst class work environment. I will suggest nobody should join this company.

In This company I have learned about Doctors speciality brands how to promote, USP of specialty products like gastro, ortho, gynecology, and mainly anti TB products. Which is the main speciality brands today many patients are suffering form TB illness, in my territory I have focused the products throughout doctors prescriptions and provides the medicines whose patients not afford it. I have provided them free samples of medicines via company supports, this company is good for field supports but not good my job protection, year by year company pushed to me about over target and hold my remitances and give pressure on me. While i have joined this company the sales situation was very poor, but use of my self caliber within 4years i have achieved the targets, but my package growths not increasing. Like targets are increasing. So I feel unsecured in this company. Thanks

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals

This company is cheater they not give staff salary they give such Reson and hold your salary without giving any appointment letter they say notice period salary will be dudct from your salary. Take Advait staff politeness.

Horrible work conditions. No expense after 2 months and no salary after 3 months if highly impossible target not achieved.

Top manager is known for highly demotivating all managers and is good at insulting people.

Company owner is doing fraud or scam.He is not given salary and settlement to people's. Never suggest to any one .

Salary coming two month late and even not given full salary to people.many people get 2 month salary in six month.
