...s I checked the offer letter for my colleagues also there it was also 9.5 hours. We are also humans we can’t work 10 hours in that much low salary.

You will not get the Salary and Appraisal as per you expectations If you get into CNX please try to avoid Comcast Process its terrible as there are soo many restrictions and pressure you have to face Growth in CNX is slow as I have seen many Team Leaders and Managers who are from years and are still not on paper

Very low salary top performer are nothing equal as a person on pla/pip no hike every 6 month gets only salary hike of 400 rupees is this a joke we do everything for the company but get so less in return what is the used of to be in a top performer when you don't get recognised i left the company because of all this and they won't promote the company members but they will hire people from outside the company who will waste our time and effort as the manager or TL will be new one of the worse company
