... right moment. TL made sure that in rotational shifts they will get Sat/sun off. Or Deewali off and rest of the people will come just because there’s double pay. Shame on these people. If you’re going in concentrix please don’t go for Comcast. It’s the worst thing. The worst thing is they don’t give work from home as well.

...on cycle is very slow. They prefer other LOB for promotion rather than own LOB . Also salary is very less and they don’t increase salary if the agent is doing there best. They introduces new shifts which are very odd. Its like 1am and 4am in the morning which makes no sense. Work-life balance is zero here. Wheelz is the worst process in Concentrix. I will not recommend anyone to work in Wheelz process.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.
