...ts of each team...of 20 beat performer only 2 or 3 get promoted in 6-8 years.. I was best in beginning upto 2 years after that I was demoralised by company's promotion policies and very low salary even after working 6-8 years.. You will start at 20 k approx and even if you get promoted in 6-8 years as lead after working very hard ,you will end up with salary of maximum 30-35 km..this is true relaity of this company... Yes few good things about this company is..you do not get easily fired from thia company oncr you get the job..and office environment is very friendly and good...

Low salary...no promotion in 6-8 years for top performers and no good increment..your salary will increase rs 500-800 per years.. You get promotion (if you perform good) but they are temporary promotions without any increment in salary.. You will never get permanent in 6-8 years..only 1 or 2% employees get promoted on time..

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Job Security, Career Opportunities, Concentrix is the only company that has not provided salary cuts during Lockdown. They are reimbursing everything from electricity bills to broadband monthly reimbursement. Broadband installation has also been reimbursed along with one time infrastructure allowance

Lot of emphasis on innovation, ideas if valid are implemented and you get rewarded for sharing as well as implementation of valid ideas. Lot of training opportunities available to improve us professionally as well as personality.

Compensation is decent, work pressure is high. Growth slow.
