Overall company is good , You can join if you are a fresher or want to gain experience but the main demerit is salary . If the motive to join CNX is salary then this company is not for you but yes If the priority is Growth so definitely you can join this company.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
